This privacy policy describes what personal data Infinity Drone Films ("we", "the controller") collects via https://www.infinitydronefilms.pl, why we process it, and what rights visitors have under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Infinity Drone Films. Full registration details will be added here before the site launches.
What data we collect and why
We collect personal data only in connection with forms a visitor knowingly uses:
- Quote calculator (/en/quote) — email address (required to reveal the quote), selected services, property size, number of bedrooms, number of points of interest, property address, listing URL, and optionally the listing price. The listing price is used only for internal follow-up prioritization and never affects the quoted price.
- Contact form (/en/contact) — name, email address, optional phone number, and message content.
- Free checklist (exit popup) — the email address we send the checklist to.
- Technical data — IP address is processed temporarily to limit abuse (submission rate limiting), without building a persistent visitor profile.
Legal basis for processing
We process data on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for form submissions, and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for abuse protection (rate limiting). If a service contract results from a submission, processing necessary to perform that contract is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who we share data with
Submission data is passed to automation tools (Zapier or Make) and our CRM to handle the inquiry and send a confirmation. The site is hosted on Netlify infrastructure. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes beyond handling your submission.
Retention period
Data from inquiries that don't turn into a booking is kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Data related to a completed booking and accounting records is kept for 5 years under Polish tax law. In both cases, data may be retained longer if needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) if you believe processing violates GDPR.
For matters concerning your personal data, you can reach us via the contact form.
Cookies
The site uses a cookie consent banner. Analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics) only run once consent is given — declining consent does not restrict access to the site's content. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
